M/S. Ibrahim Khan & Ismail Khan Enterprises is a sole proprietorship concern. It was established by Mr. Ishaque Khan to start business for construction of Civil engineering works in 2002 because the present Government had started Development in Road & Highway’s Projects as well as Canal Projects in the country. Due to increased construction activity there was a dearth of Civil Contractors.
After establishment of the company the proprietor hired the services of the qualified engineers and purchases Dumpers, Dozers, Loaders and Excavators, Rollers and other related equipment to execute the work.
To start with the company obtained some petty contract from a reputed leading construction company; M/S. Sardar Mohammad Ashraf D. Baluch (Pvt) Ltd., and SMADB-LILLEY-SHAHRUKH (Joint Venture), and executed road works, earth work, concrete of box culverts, sub base course and base course and also carpeting of Highways Road in Makran Coastal Highway Project (NHA) and some portion in Wango Hills, Gawadar Rato Dero Project (NHA) and road work with CDA.
IK & IK have also undertaken water supply and sewerage works of lying of pipes with KW&SB. After execution, the company got experience of road work, concreting work and also pipes laying in sewerage and water supply. The company is now in a position to obtain large project directly from the Government Department.
